From September 12 till 14 the workers of our Company were having a rest in Koktebel (Crimea). These 3 days were unforgettable and passed in the atmosphere of friendship, universal fun and active rest!

At the first day the «Estamara» family was involved in extreme – we took part in sporting-extremal training (string course), the goal of which was teambuilding, work with communication and interaction when getting the result.

«Estamara» was divided into 5 teams, each one with its own name, motto, flag and team dance. After presentation teams and participants to each other, the most interesting started!

  The teams took part in different competitions, tournaments, physical and intellectual tasks by turns. It seems to us that the implementation of first tasks was too easy for us and we started to do difficult tasks. We needed huge force and craftiness for these tasks. We flied over the precipice, climbed to the top of the hill, defended the wall of the castle, struggled forward through the cobweb, helped each other to cross the bog and training on the firing line.

In spite of the difficult tasks, excitement and desire to win were with us during the whole training. And we overcame all barriers and difficulties on our way to the victory!
At the end of the training each team got memorable prizes and presents on significant nominations – it was pointed out the most friendly, funny, solidary, active teams!
In the evening there was the banquet and entertainments with the interesting competitions, eastern dances and disco!

         
The other 2 days our Company was swimming in the Black Sea, lying in the sun and enjoying with the good mood. Each one wasted spare time in a different way – somebody swam and went for a walk, somebody rode a horse in the mountains, somebody travelled and enjoyed with the Kara-Dag coast…

«Estamara» got a lot of impressions during our rest, and, with the new strength started to work!
